Description:The Stakeholder Circle is a proven methodology designed to enhance the management of a project, or business unit’s stakeholder community. It is designed to deliver benefit to both the stakeholders and the organisation. This workshop will map out the five steps needed to: - Identify your organisation’s stakeholders and understand their needs - Prioritize the stakeholders to help focus your limited resources - Map the stakeholder profile to enhance understanding - Develop an effective engagement strategy, and - Monitor changes over time as you update and review the SH community every few months Workshop attendees will be introduced to the ‘Stakeholder-on-a-Page’ tool that can be used for simple stakeholder communities and shown how to access the more sophisticated Stakeholder Circle software tool (available in a free version and a full ‘through life’ version) and a range of web based resources designed to improve the Stakeholder Relationship Management Maturity (SRMM) of an organisation.
